Restrict a cosmid with one or more enzymes

Name of Cosmid: Restriction Enzyme(s):
In the Restriction Enzymes field you have to enter a comma separated string of restriction enzymes. e.g. "BamHI, EcoRI". You may put in more than two enzymes. A single enzyme is also allowed.

Note: Enzyme names as well as cosmid names are case sensitive. Also remember that enzyme names usually have "I" (capital I) in them, not "1" (the digit one).
